By booking or participating in a tour and any related products or services with East Java Paradise Tour Operator, it means you are agree with our terms and conditions.

All the clients who are booking tour with us means acknowledge that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Condition. If the client make a booking on behalf of other participants, representative, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party.

By registration for the trip, The Client hereby warrant, represent and undertake that:-

1. The client is 18 years and above
2. All information submitted by the client is accurate
3. the client is authorized to make the registration for himself/herself, or the participant below 18 years of age if he/she is the parent / guardian of the participant
4. The client accepts the terms and conditions herein.

If The Client is a Trip Leader must undertake;

1. He/she is authorized to make the booking for the participants;
2. He/she will inform all participants the confirmation details and all other appropriate information; and
3. He/she is responsible for making all payments due to our travel agency.

Responsibility & Liability

1. East Java Paradise Travel act only as an agent for the client that provide transportation, accommodation, products and other services for the Client. 

2. We shall not be liable nor responsible for any loss (including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss), damage, mishap, force majeure, bodily injury, death, delay, defect, omission or any irregularity that may be caused to The Client, third parties or properties. 

3. East Java Paradise Travel is to be released from all liabilities deriving from acts of terrorism, hijacking, civil unrest, natural calamities, labor strikes, thefts or any other factors beyond our control. Any losses and expenses are to be borne by The Client.

Travel Insurance

The client is strongly recommended to obtain insurance such that in the event of any possible risk minimum medical, evacuation and repatriation coverage of USD 200,000 and the insurance must coverage includes, but is not limited to, medical and health cover for an injury or sudden illness, 24 hour emergency service and assistance. All claims must be directed towards The Client’s insurers. 

East Java Paradise Travel does not provide any insurance to the Client on the tour program. It is the client responsibility to ensure that the client have sufficient coverage and comply with the terms of the applicable insurance plans. The client is responsible for advising their insurer of the type of travel, destination(s) and activities included in your booking so that the insurer may provide appropriate coverage for your tour plans.

Medical Conditions

The Client should consult his/her physician regarding his/her fitness for travel with health specialist, before join and do an adventure travel in particular. We recommend The Client to seek his/her physician’s advice regarding necessary or advisable vaccinations, medical precautions, and any other medical concerns regarding the entirety of his/her travel with us.

We do not provide medical advice. It is part of The Client’s responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each trip/activity of his/her own limitations, physical and mental fitness/ condition, as well as his/her own medical requirements or issues. East Java Paradise only provides first aid and it is not for serious injured during the tour.

The Client’s must responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy or recent physical conditions that may make it more likely to be involved in an accident which could result in bodily harm or death. The Client with the above conditions will be obligated to obtain medical clearance from his/her health specialist before embark the trip with EJPT.

Flexibility Tour Services

This trip is considered as an adventure trip or outdoor activities which require any other uncontrollable circumstances such as weather or other local conditions. The route, schedules, accommodations, activities, amenities and mode of transportation are subject to change without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the control of the Tour Operator (including but not limited to Force Majeure, illness, mechanical breakdown, flight cancellations, strikes, political events and entry or border difficulties, hijacking and terrorism). No reimbursements, discounts or refunds will be issued for services that are missed or unused after departure due to no fault of the Tour Operator. Howsoever East Java Paradise Travel reserves the right to alter or modify itineraries in any way for the interest of client.

Reservation Deposit, Confirmation & Payment Terms

Booking tour should be in 59 days before The Client’s date of arrival. A 50% down payment is required for the booking confirmation within 30 days before and notify the Tour Operator as soon as possible.  The Client will received booking bill from Tour Operator after confirm their payment via email.

Cancellation of Tour 

The client may cancel tour booking by notifying the Tour Operator. 

(a) Cancellation receive 60 days or more before departure of Tour, product or service: total amount of the tour minus a certain amount not exceeding a max of Euro 10 for travel agency.

(b) Cancellation receive 59 to 5 days before departure will be refund 25% from the total amount of payment.

(c) Cancellation less then 4 days before departure of Tour, product or service: will be charged depending on the tour minus a certain amount for administration and minus the amount for payments in advance, e.g. tour guides, car rentals, trekking activities (e.g. hiking mount Semeru), camping activities, or activities including more than 1 local guide and/or porter.

(d) Tours including trekking activities or camping, or activities involve more than 1 local guide, full payment before departure is needed.
