Tour Itinerary

The driver and guide will pick you up at your hotel in Banyuwangi. Driving from Banyuwangi to Paltuding (ijen’s parking lot) about 1,5 hours. Arrive at parking area then preparing stuff which are necessary to bring. Along the way up to ijen’s summit, you will find many local people who work as a sulfur miner. They start working early morning 03.00 a.m until 09.00 a.m.

Around 05.00 a.m reach the summit and enjoy one of the greatness of acidic lake on earth with its beauty color. At 08.00 a.m leaving Paltuding then further driving to Probolinggo. Driving to the west about 6 hrs to the Bromo vilage, the location of Bromo hotels. Arrive at Bromo Village around 03.00 pm relax in the hotel. Free program.

Accommodation

Note: Please take in account, National Park announce that travellers are not allowed to go down to the crater. Blue fire is an optional tour start at 12.00am from Banyuwangi. But if you want to go, that will be your own risk. We recommend to follow your guide instruction if you want to do that. (Blue fire tour required a good weather)

Wake up early in the morning at 03.00 am and ready for Bromo Sunrise program. The jeep driver will pick you up at the hotel and then driving down to the Bromo Caldera and reaching up to the Sunrise bromo view point. Arrive at the view point around 03.30 am and still possible tohave a cup of coffee on the small stal around. The sun rises about 05.30 am and your guide will lead you upto the sunrise view point.

Enjoy the view of the Bromo Sunrise from the collecting a lot of pictures. Afterwards, head back to the jeep and preparing todriving down back tothe Bromo Caldera. the jeep will stop for the moment if its possible, and traveller may enjoy the view and lanscape of the Bromo caldera before they do hiking to Bromo Mountain.

The next, Jeep will stop at parking area, while traveller continue their trip for smooth trekking to ascend the Bromo summit. It takes about 20 minute to go and about 1.5km ro reach the top. Enjoy the scenery of the Bromo Chamber. Afterwards, head back to the jeep and driving back to the hotel for having breakfast. Leaving The Bromo area around 09.00 am after breakfast and direct transfer to the end point destination (Malang/Surabaya). Tour program is finished and see you next time.
